Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide)

We offer shipping across Australia. Shipping quotes are calculated based on your selected delivery service, package size, weight, and destination. Shipping and delivery dates depend on the destination and stock availability. Once your order is ready for shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number.

International Shipping

To the U.S.A.

For shipments to the U.S.A., customers are required to provide a Social Security Number (SSN), Tax ID, or Employer Identification Number (EIN) as part of cross-border shipping requirements.

  • Orders will not be shipped until we receive this information, which may delay shipping times.
  • If the Tax ID provided does not match the shipping address, U.S. Customs may deny entry, and the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
    • A 25% restocking fee may apply.

To Other International Destinations

For shipments to other countries, we may request a Tax ID or additional export documentation as required by local customs. Please ensure timely provision of these details to avoid delays.

Duties and Taxes

  • Not Included: Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping fees charged at checkout.

Lead Times

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Lead Time: 1–2 weeks from the purchase date.
  • Exceptions: Powder-coated products or other custom orders may take longer. For specific lead times, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Requirements

  • You will be contacted by the shipping carrier to arrange delivery.
  • Presence Required: You must be available to receive the delivery.
    • If delivery fails due to your unavailability, return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Delivery details, including shipping carrier and tracking information, will be provided after purchase. Please ensure you track and manage your delivery accordingly.
