Returns & Exchanges Policy

Wine Pegs offers a money-back policy on returns if the product is unused, in its original packaging/skid, with all parts and packing materials included. If these conditions are met, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on custom pieces (e.g., custom panels).

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product or experience buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for the full return shipping costs along with a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) for the returned product, provided it is returned to the manufacturer within 30 days.

Return Authorization

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once issued, we will provide you with the necessary documentation (excluding the shipping label) to include with your return shipment. Any unauthorized return shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Conditions for Returns

If products have been used or damaged, Wine Pegs reserves the right to deny a refund. Please ensure that returned products are in their original condition, including all packaging, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Responsibility for Errors or Damaged Products

If you receive the wrong product, if the product is damaged during shipping, or if it is defective, Wine Pegs will take full responsibility for return shipping costs. Please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.

Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any visible damage. If visible damage is present, note this on the courier’s waybill before accepting the product. Once the package is opened, document and photograph any damage to the contents.

Do not discard or lose the manufacturer’s packaging, as the receipt of all original packaging is necessary to process refunds or exchanges should any issues arise.
